Consulting/Assistance
Who We Are
A diverse team of consultants, coaches, professional developers
and facilitators who provide professional services at your
school site or the ROE Center for Professional Learning
What We Do
The DuPage ROE Center for Professional Learning provides
custom-designed workshops and consultant services as well as
courses, academies and workshops in four strands:
Compliance—to assist you in meeting state and federal
requirements
Examples include technical assistance in writing improvement
plans and grants, presentations on certification requirements,
internet safety, and RESPRO services.
Competence—so that every educator has the knowledge and skills
to be effective
Examples include custom-designed workshops, facilitation for the
development and implementation of balanced assessment systems,
and teacher and principal mentoring.
Commitment—ongoing, focused and sustained professional
development
Examples include facilitation and training for Professional
Learning Communities, training of trainers, and coaching for
data analysis, RtI, social-emotional learning and other needs.
Capacity—to build long-term processes and structures that ensure
continuous improvement
We will work directly with your district to provide integrated
services based on a continuous improvement model, tailored to
your district’s current needs. These services may be designed
for a consortium of schools or districts in order to maximize
resources.
