American
Education Week -- November 15-21, 2009
The
National Education Association's 88th
annual American Education Week
spotlights the importance of providing
every child in America with a quality
public education from kindergarten
through college, and the need for
everyone to do his or her part in making
public schools great. This year,
American Education Week will be
celebrated November 15-21.
“In DuPage County we are very fortunate
to have excellent administrators,
outstanding teachers, wonderful
paraprofessional and support staff,
dedicated parents and supportive
communities,” said Regional
Superintendent of Schools Dr. Darlene
Ruscitti. “I salute and give thanks to
each of these groups for all they have
done to provide a top quality education
to the students of DuPage.”
