This one day workshop is a guide for administrators to learn about, and participate in, a self assessment in the 21 leadership responsibilities per Marzano’s Balanced Leadership framework. The workshop combines introduction to, and discussion about the Balanced Leadership framework. Participants will take the on-line Balanced Leadership self-assessment, engage in large and small group activities that focus on the challenges of enhancing their leadership behavior in self selected leadership responsibilities. As a result of this workshop participants will develop their own plan for increased leadership behavior.

During days 1 & 2 participants will dive directly into the CWT Process, developing their understanding of the CWT Standard Look Fors and an operational knowledge of the supportive technology and online resources. On day 3 participants will gain a deeper understanding of analyzing walkthrough data in the context of student achievement data and operational knowledge of leading reflective discussions and building action plans with faculty and staff.
